D2h Cinema removed

i am very sorry to say that till now d2h cinema had not been activated. the cc keeps on telling that d2h cinema was free only for 1 month which is not true as they had given me for 3 months though actually it was for 1 yr.

i had send a mail to cc also no reply and i have put on d2h fb also and there also no reply.

i feel i will now mail to nodal officer.

this was really strange experience for me from d2h side.

Bad service by d2h, thats why i always say they have the worst cc service.

videocon d2h has much better service than other operators in the market but yes their over the phone customer care id not good, i always prefer to write an e mail or post a message on their facebook page if i have an issue

nothing had happened so far. neither cc had replied to my mail nor nodal officer karnataka had replied to my mail.

no update on fb too.

yesterday night i had called cc but they are giving same reply that this offer is not there and so now removed.

this is really bad exp for me for a 4 month old customer of d2h.:angry:angry:angry:angry:angry

i had mailed to cc, put on fb page and called the cc on 12th Mar'13 and yesterday i have mailed to nodal officer karnataka but no reply.huh:huh
