D2H flexi pack unavailable in selfcare portal??

Videocon d2h removed flexi pack downgrade from selfcare portal.Now downgrading option only shows south silver amd south silver lite.
Here is the screenshot, i'm on south silver maxi.Other d2h users please confirm.

they change their policy, if u choose 99 flexi pack u compulsory buy 2 add on.

flexi pack needs to compulsory addon now
single pack cannot be activated
