If we are in South Silver Pack
we can't select 3M Super Premium :HD addon

To get that add-on, we have to do below trick

1) Have to Select New Diamond Pack
2) Then, 3M Super Premium :HD addon
3) Later Down Grade Pack to South Silver

Then we can get the pack like you told.
