D2H introduced 'Create your own pack' in their website

I had selected and submitted my desired channels online way back, but still old package (Popular) is continuing. Checked today i.e. 1st Feb at 7:30am.

I called up the d2h customer care guys on 1st Feb at 10.30pm ,they said they are migrating customer's to new plan in a phase manner. We need to wait few days ( like 2 days) .

Any input other than this from other members is highly appreciated.

After selecting channels and clicking proceed showing your selection and Best value combo with different prices. In Your selection window showing Silver combo and my selected channels. In Best value combo showing Bouquets map and my selected channels. Which one will be submitted if I click the Submit button.

By default it's considering best value combo. So far no confirmation received about our selection or price from D2H. Hence we can't talk to CC about this.
If you got conformation msg, call CC and ask them to change to your choice.

Yes I am also observed same. Cc told 100 channels is mandatory.

i submitted my request yesterday, and i call cc today and they activated my pack , i removed all 75 channels , only DD compulsary
my hd pack at Rs.335
