Term & Condition :-
The product package shall consist of: One HD Smart Connect , One Smart Card (inserted in the STB), One Remote, One Coin Battery, One HDMI Cable, One Power Adaptor, One User Guide Book / Manual of Practice ("Product"). Individual items are not for retail sale. Specially packed for the purpose of servicing DTH Industry.
The Offer Price (Rs. 3490/- is applicable for new Customer and Rs. 2490/- is applicable for the existing Customer) is inclusive of cost of the Product, standard installation/ activation charges and applicable taxes, if any.
Standard Cable Length is 10 meters, any cable usage beyond 10 metres will be charged @ Rs.12 per meter by the authorized engineer, which need to be paid by Customer, at the time of installation, on actual length of the cable.
The Product will be installed by Videocon d2h authorized service engineer on the address provided by Customer to Videocon d2h, at the time of pre-booking of the Product.
Warranty is applicable only on HD Smart Connect is for a period of One (1) year from date of installation.
Under no circumstances whatsoever, the Customer shall be entitled to claim refund for the amount paid for the Product.
Product will be provided on rental basis only.
Product will be delivered within four (4) working days from the date of booking / realization of payment whichever is later. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Terms and Conditions, Videocon d2h is not liable for any delay in delivery of the Product.
HD Smart Connect is available under the select Pin codes.
This Box can be connected with Home Internet Connection (Broadband / Ethernet) . Videocon d2h will not provide the Internet connection facility. Some of the apps / features are currently available through mobile share only.
A minimum speed of 2MBPS is required for the usage of HD Smart Connect but in order to have wholesome and rich experience it is suggested to have a 4MBPS connectivity.
The Existing Customers opting for up-gradation their existing CPE with the Product need to simultaneously return the existing CPE, its Smart Card & remote control.
The terms and condition are subject to change without prior intimation.
In the event of any and all disputes or controversies arising out of or in connection with the interpretation of the provisions of these terms and conditions, the decision of VDL shall be final and binding on the Customers.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions in the CAF and in the event of any inconsistencies between the two, the terms of the CAF shall be binding. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision of the CAF. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in CAF. The terms and condition are subject to change without prior intimation.
By availing for this Product, it shall be construed that the Customer has read, understood, accepted and agreed to abide with all the terms and condition stated hereunder.
