d2h smart remote has charges

friends any body know whether d2h smart remote feature has any charges in my app it is showing Rs.10/-
BUt during purchase they said it will be free.

Yes recently they have revised from zero to 10RS.

I have cancelled the subscription...

It's a non sense thing from d2h.

It is only a hardware feature why do we need to pay??

I called cc last night , he told me there are no such charges

Call them from a phone number that is not registered with them(ie, not a RTN). When i call them from my registered telephone number, most of the time it says that they are busy .But when i call them from another not registered number,they took the phone everytime .
