What's wrong in adding south indian channels?

There is nothing wrong in adding these channels but according to me it is just like the situation where more intelligent student could not get the admission as class got full due to quota system...same thing will happen when tp will not have space for demanding channel...

It's 390 channels, not 469.And this includes 40 radio channels coz they're counted as TV services..

U can't compare south channels as being " reservation" category channels. Do you mean to say south channels are like average students?
