Deny to agree with your post. If d2h is totally South based then how come they have channel like Ruposhi Bangla which is not available in most of the dths? Let @Amit1079 bro clarify. I really want to know.

Before merging
After merging many changes happened in d2h as all know
Losses etc
Now dishtv is owner
They decided d2h south centered and if South customers using dishtv
Dish st2 alignment etc etc
D2h never told openly that we r south centered
Only ddf respected members source told onwards d2h will focus mainly south
Which may b correct or may not b
So i think if d2h change plan
They may not remove North ones
Focus whole India
As of now chances r more d2h add more south channels or remove or may not remove North channels
Even they remove they will keep important more trp north channels
Vice versa with dishtv

Broadcasters r also responsible
It's all happening due to trai
Many broadcasters not able to pay to all dth companies
So there must b only 2 companies in India
