Darshan 24 is moved from LCN

Darshan 24 is remove from LCN.687 and going to active service (Channel Active).

One thing i notice, When I take pic from near the Tv then quailty is not good, when it's from some distance then it's better.

yeah bro me too experienced it. when i am close to the TV i get horizontal bars running and from a distance its better.

its because that in a CRT the picture is shown as horizontal bars refreshing at a quick time. human eye cannot detect it but our mobile camera catches that
