DD Free Dish traction reducing day by day: Dish TV’s Jawahar Goel
MUMBAI: Dish TV CMD Jawahar Goel has said that Doordarshan’s free direct to home (DTH) platform Free Dish is losing traction with many channels leaving the platform.

Broadcasters whose slots have expired are renewing the slots on pro-rata basis due to the ministry of information and broadcasting’s (MIB) inability to come up with a new policy.


He further stated that Dish TV has also switched-off 10-20 channels that it was carrying on FTA basis.
