Dd imphal not available in adtv due to service outrage at broadcaster end

Brother DD Imphal and DD Manipur r time slot specific channels, they r available only from 3 PM to 9 PM from broadcaster side.
Airtel does not have channel info plate for such channels and hence added the default signal outage plate which is used incase there is some technical issue or disruption in getting signals from broadcaster side
