DD Kids not launching anytime soon !!

well, I m also waiting for DD Kids launch... as, I speculate they ll bring some classic cartoons like tale spin, duck tales, alladin, rimbas island etc..

DD Kids is not platform specific :no

Will add on all dth... just like abt 17 odd dd chnls, being mandatory on all DTHs ( including sun direct )

Yes bro. hya But sun not carrying all dd channels. :no ADTV is the only DTH to carry all dd channels on their own tps, with full screen & with EPG on all channels. hya Lucky Man Shawl bro !

I dont think DD Kids will telecast Disney cartoons, etc. It'll only telecast old classic cartoons such as Jungle Book and old kids programs such as Shaktiman, Captain Vyom, etc.

But even if they telecast such shows, the channel would be better than the current kids channels which always telecast Japanese and other cartoons.

Cartoon channels were extremely good a few years back when we had The Mask, Scooby Doo, Duck Tales, Gummy Bears, Courage the cowerly dog and other amazing shows.

^^ Remember Disney Hour used to telecast Gummy Bears but rarely. I always waited eagerly for Gummy Bears. In first half they used to show Duck Tales, Gummy Bears, Darkwing Duck, etc and in second half they always showed Aladdin.
