Those are DD News theme colours. DD News will probably have the same logo and ticker.

I do not think DD News is going to change. This is only for DD regional channels, that too only South Indian channels as of now. I believe this is being done so that the DD channels can have a constant news scroll at the bottom with the logo just above it.

For the past one or two years, dd podhigai did not screen any films since the logo is changed can we expect them soon ?
