its a newly launched channel bro and Zee Smile will show the programme of Zee Tv than no need for two channel

it is in test mode and is showing ads of the old shows of zee tv like jhansi ki rani, nagin, qabool hain, did moms, afsar bitiya, ramayan etc coming soon on new gec zee anmol.

i don't think it will show any fresh content

what is the need of launching 3rd channel after 9x, zee smile and now zee anmol for showing old content repeated again?

I think no other channels will be added. May be channels renew their contracts with DD like Cinema TV, Big Magic... etc.
