Friends, how are you??
I am facing problem and unable to solve it.
I activated VAS channel # 193 MINIPLEX HD on my Airtel dth HD. Now I want to deactivate this channel but I am unable to remove by using Airtel thanks app as only option of activation is there but option of removing VAS is not there.
2ndly, When i called on Helpline number, it says staff is limited due to current pandemic Covid-19. They hung up my call after minutes of hold as staff is short.
3rd option is by texting them using Twitter Handle Airtel Presence, i did that too but no reply even 48 hours passed.
4th Option is that it can be done by using Airtel Retailer Application. Only retailers have that application.
If someone in this group is Airtel dth retailer , he can do that or help me in doing.
Can someone help me regarding this matter.
I can share details about Customer ID and Ownership name.
