Degraded pic quality(pixelation) on sony ten 1 HD

Can anyone check Sony Ten 1 HD, the logo of channel is flickering or not???

Issue has been solved.

I complained to them around 5PM, and i checked the TV again at 5.15PM and its been solved.

It looks like issue is woth Broadcaster. Almost all channels provided by this broadcaster in HD pixelated. Poor Quality, this issue is not with other channels though.

Sony TV shows good enough. No major issues there
