So looks like airtel is being more gracious and charging lower NCF as bouquet consists only few pay channels. Almost like a flexible NCF slab which changes accordingly if channel count falls below initial slab limit in certain bouquets. Superb initiative by them!

NCF is 82 for all the best fit plans. There are best for plans for each region which were auto activated for people in the old regime at the time of conversion. It's not possible to activate these plans from self care. We have to somehow extract the codes and activate them. You must have seen various threads on AP SD or Kerala SD Plan, they are all with an NCF of 82.

No need to change RTN. He can just add the account ID to the message to activate as @vinit highlighted.
