Tata play invested huge amount in satellite lunching so they also want to get back invested amount along with profit early as possible hence if they are adding news channels or any other channels (Carriage Fees) then there is no surprise even channels are crap or not.
Definitely

Some Channels names that we've never heard of or seen that also MIB list not have  We'll see in coming days .

Buddy, any DTH or Cable cannot legally provide any channel on its platform via satellite mode if same does not hold a valid TV licence from MIB.

Yes operators can provide them thru internet based mode but there too now government is planning to come out with rules ....similarly for service channels too there r changes being made in regulatory guidelines which they would have to adhere. Soon even for channels wanting to launch on platforms thru this mode, registration with MIB alongwith other compliances would be made mandatory

oh yaar why you always take negative things. Which are not in MIB list means that channel will be using some other channels licence which has MiB approval simple ok.

My post had no negative connotations to it rather it simply was regarding the context of things said in ur post. Had u elaborated ur point clearly like u did now then confusion won't have arisen.

Also if a channel decides to launch using licence of another company / channel then they would either have to use the same name or show logo of the original name as registered in licence obtained from MIB & being used by them until licence gets renamed so still if u see no channel can launch on a platform as regular satellite channel without holding valid licence for the same :)

Yes! You're Right, In Adding To This,

Broadcast Seva Won't Update List Immediately Whether If It's New Or Name Change,

For New Licenses After MIB Accepting The License Application (After Checking All Eligibility Only They Will Accept) Broadcasters Can Start Their Operations.
