London, Aug 6 : There's sad news for all "Desperate Housewives" fans. The show, which follows the lives of a group of women, might end after its upcoming eighth season.
Though the grapevine is abuzz with the news, an official announcement is expected to be made by ABC TV bosses Sunday when they meet with members of the Television Critics Association in Beverly Hills, reports contactmusic.com.
The hit comedy drama debuted in 2004 and became an instant success. The eighth season of the show will premiere in the US Sep 25. It stars Marcia Cross, Teri Hatcher, Eva Longoria and Felicity Huffman.
