This is original Software. It may be upgrade or not?? If it will upgrade then tell my how can it is possible.

I say bro if your box has Original soft then the Audio Chip is not supporting AC3 codecs Because it may have AAC Audio codec support, So this is technical issue you can discuss with any STB repair shop may he have the supporting software

I don't have this box so can't help you more ok.
