Discovery Network Channels Available only on Ala-Carte Basis on DEN From Now

Since week none of the Discovery Networks channels are coming on DEN Digital (Uttar Pradesh) due to payment issue.
Today Discovery Networks gave an Ad in Hindi Daily Dainik Jagran.. They told DEN customers to ask the company to kindly refund Rs. 111 per connection as their network channels are not coming (I know this is a tactic to make a pressure on DEN).
Also, Today DEN added Discovery and TLC on Ala-Carte basis. Rest of the channels like Animal Planet, ID etc. are not available on Ala-Carte basis also.
