DTH updates DISH COMBO packs updated in website

These packages are violation of TRAI. I wonder why we have combo packages now. If such packages exists then what's the use of TRAI new policy?

That's the point.
TRAI capped discount at 15% which was overruled by Court.
Now the only outcome of this is that prices are gone up north.
The consumer is looser because if he opts A la Carte then total bill is high and if he opts pack then he may not get what he wants or ends up paying anything above ₹100 of previous bill.

Can you help me with any link with simplified form of TRAI's rule. These so called News Journalists & Editors have created a mess. Posting news without facts.
