Sorry, dear iam out side india. check with some one who is in India to resolve the matter. did u do force SW update once again? to see if this is resolved.

I tried to update software again but it says no update available.

Dish NXT Software has been upgraded w.e.f 23rd Oct,2018..
NXT SW version 4.16.. ( UI )
