DDF Exclusive "Dish SMRT Hub" Unboxing & Review

Dear Sir

Thank you for reviewing and unboxing of the Dish Smart Hub Set up Box

I am Shanmuga Subramanian from Chennai, Tamilnadu

Yesterday (9.2.2021) I purchased and installed by Dish TV representative.

Everything is OK

The following are the problems facing

1. Amazon Prime Video is not login to my account.

(I already 1 Smart TV connected same prime video account) (I want to connect 1 more as additional)

No error code, I entered the CODE is displayed on TV in my amazon prime video account for Registering the device in my Laptop.

It is successfully registered message displaying in my account in laptops. But nothing happened in the TV, simply showing the code no changes.



2. I added favorite channels, but If I went to the favorite channel section and I select 1 of my favorite channel and I press next channel in the remote key means, it is going next channel number of what I have seen in previous channel.

It is not going next favorite channel,

Example My Fav Channel No. 980 and next channel number of Fav is 984

If I click the next channel (CH+ KEY in remote) it is going to 981 not 984

Kindly send the solution for the above issues.

Currently I am only Subscriber of Dish TV who Using "Dish Smrt Hub" Set Top Box in Chandigarh.

Installation Done yesterday but due to busy schedule I was not able to review it. So Today finally Dish Smrt Hub Review is Here:

NOTE: Currently Upgrading is Not Available for Dish Smrt Hub Boxes.

Set Top Box: "Dish Smrt Hub" Set Top Box Size is same as d2h V7000 HDW Box. but quality is not as good when compared to Dish NXT HD Box. Totally Plastic Material used.

Remote: Remote height is too long so I don't like it much but everyone has own choices so may be it's good for you. Remote inbulit quality is good & it's enabled with Google Assistant Mic Feature.

Adopter: Same as Normal.

UI is Good when Compared with Current UI of Dish NXT HD. Dish TV logo size now decreased. Features is same like Airtel Xstream Set Top Box.

No need to spend money to enjoy Android apps and content. It's Free for All Subscribers when your Dish TV Account is on Active Status. If you don't recharge then you may face (102. Low Account Balance Error)

Picture quality & Audio Quality is Same as Dish NXT HD.

If I compare Dish Smrt Hub Set Top Box with Airtel Xstream in terms of UI, Box Quality, Remote Quality etc...then I must say Airtel is a Winner.

SMRT box price for upgrade should be reduced. Even TATA Binge+ upgrade for existing customers is 1999/-

If I upgrade is the dish antennae will also be changed or only the box will be changed. I am considering as only the dth package should be active and we don't need to pay for any app subscription and separately we can take subscriptions of Sony Liv Zee5 etc,

Again proved l have great choice in DTH box.

l think only Ul enogh good compare to Airtel.

(In recording function Airtel Android box much ahead among all lndian Android DTH box from beginning.)

Bro What are the issues. You are using it. Can you list down. I have dish TRU HD+ box but I have never faced problems for last 15 years. Once there was a issue but promptly addressed by Dishtv so considering the same also there are no charges only the Dth package should be active.

Yes I am also talking about Android box. I have already used Dishtv SD and TRu HD + boxes without any issues that I want to communicate so my concern how the android box having issues. If he or you have used it then you can judge and inform and list down the issues.
