Please give some more clarity Information
Dear Team,
We need to take Pre and Post Readings as communicated yesterday.
Also Customer’s may face Error “302” for which we must guide the team for resolution mentioned below.
1. Three NSS6 Transponder are going to be removed from Dish TV platform due to End of Life.

2. Two New SES-8 54 Mhz Transponder are going to be added on Dish TV Platform

3. The present channels available on NSS6 transponders will be moved to SES 8 New transponders.(FYI the channel list is attached.)
IMPACT :
During & After the Activity is over All the channels running on NSS6 TP will show “302 error” signal not available.
Resolution:
• The STB on Standby Mode will auto update the changes in 2 min.
• The STB’s powered on after the activity will auto update the changes.
• The STB which are already powered on during activity needs to be power recycled for update.
• IF Still in some cases the STB has not updated then kindly get Flash Erase or Factory reset of that STB .
• The STB’s which are not updated after following the above steps kindly contact STB R&D team for further resolution.
