Dish TV ADD on channel Help Need

Hello, I am from Sri Lanka, and I recently purchased a DishTV receiver with a free 6-month package. I have inquired with several dealers about adding Sports 18 HD (channel No. 666), but they informed me that additional channels cannot be added to my current package. I package have till February 2024. Please anyone can add channel for my package .Thank you for your attention .

Is Dishtv legal in Sri Lanka?
If not, then you can't add.
