Because officially no press release, even clearly no updates regarding 4k STB, etc...

Essel Group looks to settle JC Flowers ARC Debt by June 24.

This will help them control of Dishtv ,Zee Learn etc. Jawahar Goel who holds 4% in Dishtv can wrest back control of Dishtv. Notably he was evicted by Yes Bank who hold 24 % in Dishtv.
