Ok
I will try to use on Freecharge app with all accounts because I rarely Recharged from other accounts
& error message is that its applicable for users who received it

Finnaly I activated Pick by Channel on Dishtv Today. Its Few Disadvatages
1. I cant Login Online or On DishTv App
2. I am unable to find my Monthly Recharge Amount .(CC told Its around 200Rs)
3. Hd Channels Are Not Allowed to be chosen
Personally As I want only few Channels but in all Genre. so here It is Better than dish99

The possibility may be in September-2016 when the contract of star comes up with dishtv. May be other pending channels of star should get added at that time.
 
DishTV add New HD channale

Star Jalsha HD, Jalsha Movies HD, Colors Bangla HD, FX HD, Romedy NOW HD, Movies NOW HD, Miniplex HD, Epic HD addition in dishtv???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? :( :( :( :( :(  :(

1st - Tata Sky (67) :hd
2nd - Dish TV (50) :hd and Airtel Digital TV (50) :hd
3rd - Videocon D2H (42) :hd
