Dish TV adds "Tara TV" Added in Place of "Tara Muzik" due to its Broadcaster end.

Currently Channel has No Audio.

Now Tara Muzik is Removed with Tara TV & Dish TV Showing Message that "This Channel is Not Available from Broadcaster"!

I have a inactive dish tv connection for two months. I am currently using ADTV and has validity till October 21.
My pack is south platinum with full on HD.
Is there and possible chance from dish tv of an offer for inactive customer if 3 months inactive period is complete.
If yes,I can wait and keep the inactivity period for further two months By continuing service of ADTV.
If yes. Will they provide offer on my existing package or not?
Any experts provide a answer.
