I get the above message when i login thru my dishtv account on its website.
When i click on avail button it already keys in Rs 690 in the Enter amount textbox.bt y does the offer say recharge for Rs 250? Also my distv connection switch off date was 15 feb 2017 will it affect the offer?

After entering your vc in instant recharge, you will get above page, select the offer & click on submit.. Or you can enter amount value 250/- manually & submit.
