Star sports select hd 2 disappear after every restart of dish reciever. Get error signal not found. Is this problem of allignment ?

It can be or not as you are saying only at restart.Also check other channels are affected on the same TP .Check the TP status.If the issue is not resolved check with dishtv technician.
