Yes upgrades old stb with new hd stb only in Rs 999 cash back offer only for that customers who are using Dish TV from more than 5 years and regular offer is Rs 799
 
@ShivRaJ Ok bro, around 2 months ago I tried for 999 Cashback offer but they said connection should be more than 5 years old and should have been active in last 5 years.

Connection I am trying to upgrade is around 10 years old but was inactive for sometime in between :(
 
799 is the current offer for hd upgrade. I did 1199 full cash back upgrade during April 17
