Bro I think some new hd channels can be added in upcoming months according to dish tv social media and @Vadirocks bro though I know dish tv social media account is not worth to be believed.
I think the main conflict between broadcaster and dish tv is due to the fact that dish tv is providing most channel at 10 rs(sd) and 20 rs(hd) and broadcaster dont want that

Leave the hope bro .Me too moved to hd as it has been 1 to 2 years since sd channels were added.Just look at the case with sony bbc earth its hd variant is available but not sd.lt is because 10 rs per month is too low for a broadcaster to take.Also its my suggestion to you i think you want select sd channels better go for their hd variant at the rate of 100 rs because if the select sd is also launched on dish tv i don't think their price will be less
