Havin 5.1 Home Theatre is not enough to get desired audio..
You need to have a Dolby Digital certified 5.1 HT..
For PCM Audio mode increase volume & then look into settings of your 5.1 Home Theatre..

I have purchased F&D F3800X 5.1 Speaker and connected with DishNXT HD setup box but audio is low and not getting full sound effect. Any idea why low sound effect? But while using pendrive in home theter getting full effect. Any settings in DISHNX HD and tried using 5.1 audio option also. Please provide the solution

Your F3800x don't support Dolby digital, it is a simple pcm speakers system.
