I am having HD Royale Pack which I have been using it for long time.. I am getting all the HD Channels except Nick HD (HBO Hits, Start World Premium, Sun HD, KTV HD, Gemini HD - I haven't subscribed).

Does Nick+ HD comes under premium channels ?

Can anyone help on this ?
