Yes I am also not getting any FTA channel when my package in best fit plan then I have got all FTA but now after changing to bst north & some pay channel then all are unsubscribed.

Please tell me if it's showing bst North or Gujarati fta in your base pack details

okay , I had the same problem , got resolved now. what you need to do is activate bst north via dealer. It will get activated. If channels don't start even after pack being updated in app then give a missed called on 18002702102. refresh through app or another missed call no didn't work for me. thanks to @Zmint @Virendra66 and @mayoorathan brothers for helping out.

U can just call & tell them to add FTA bst North channels they are now activating.

Glad that they can activate now, when I called they said it's only doable via website/app
