5 digit lcn s for temporary or test channels

Dishtv Test's new channels on 4-5 digit LCN & THEN shifts them on to thr proper LCN..

some of the ddfd channels available in Dish TV coz they have not sign LCN Contract with Dish TV so untill n unless they don't sign both'll be available on 4 Digit LCNs

its very bad move by dishtv
they just want more money from channels to keep it on 3 digit lcn.
but there is no space in Marathi lcn's as well because from 779, Marathi news channels starts & end on 784.
they can rearrange all Marathi channels:tup

What's d minimum south pack to get maximum HD channels( full on HD, sun network hd)?
Is it work with 99 rs pack?

What's d annual cost totally with new connection in south India Tamil pack?
