Dishtv planning something new for the OLD MPEG2 boxes. I am posting a few screenshots when I try to recharge the old box.
 
Minimum recharge of Rs.499 will be mandatory for Mpeg 2 subscribers

It's good. They are offering free upgrade. By doing this they will shift all MPEG2 users to MPEG4. Only long term recharge users will remain. It means that Dishtv will convert almost all of its TP to MPEG4 very soon.
 
Reported Consolidated quarterly numbers for Dish TV India are:

>> Net Sales at Rs 815.67 crore in December 2020 down 6.01% from Rs. 867.80 crore in December 2019.

>> Quarterly Net Profit at Rs. 90.69 crore in December 2020 up from Rs. 64.54 crore in December 2019.

>> EBITDA stands at Rs. 507.07 crore in December 2020 down 0.32% from Rs. 508.68 crore in December 2019.

>> Dish TV EPS ( Earnings per share ) has increased to Rs. 0.47 in December 2020 from Rs. 0.34 in December 2019.

>> Dish TV shares closed at 12.20 on February 01, 2021 (NSE) and has given 61.59% returns over the last 6 months and -2.79% over the last 12 months.
 
Any idea to upgrade dish tv true hd box with smart box at very low price. As lots of companies reduce price but dishtv still not
