If The Trai Rule is implemented and if a customer wants to shift from NSS6 To ST2 due to addition of desired channel on other satellite is it possible?

I think yes, If your Dishtv NXT box user, you can Choose Nss6 to ST2 or ST2 to Nss6.

If you have D2h then NO>
