Hai Guys...
Its been like a Night Mare for Few NonStop Users...As Their Old Pack(NonStop+Add-Ons) Got Removed and Changed To TRAI's New Regime On feb 2nd Unknowingly.
And Later They are Unable To Add Any Channel once after reverting back to NonStop pack(Even can't activate Old add-Ons)..i.e, They Only Getting FTA channels Present in Non Stop Pack.
After Filing Many Complaints..,DishTv Team Started Thinking about Non Stop Pack Users...and They Said From March 1st Onwards only NonStop Pack Users Can Add Any Add-On's according to TRAIs New regime...And They(CC) Don't have Any info On How Much NCF will be charged? Or Will They Refund Un used balance Of Non Stop Pack?
But Today I Have Activated Few Add-Ons..they reflected in My account page without charging Any NCF,My next recharge amount is sum of Add-On's Price only...so Dishtv Might Decided to Not to Charge NCF for These Customers instead of Giving Refund and Charging NCF atleast For Now...
They May change Their Policy Later...Hope they Won't.
Note: Currently You Can add Add-On's through Dealer(Dishtvbiz) only.
