I have one non stop pack box, one year completed out of 3 year. If I deactivate non stop pack can I get balance 2 year amount?

They told me any one time cancel the non stop pack. After I used only 2 months then I moved to Tata sky due to less number of Tamil channels. Two months before I tried to convert to ST alignment, but they told my box will not support due to non stop pack. Totally lost around 3k.
