Keep your TV on. Call Dishtv on 9501795017 from any mobile number. Tell them you want to change your RMN. They'll ask for your viewing card (VC) number and the mobile number you want to keep as RMN. Then they'll send OTP to your STB and your new RMN. Give them both OTP and your RMN will be changed to new number in 15 minutes.
