Because all Dish TV FTA channels are usually added on Dish Lanka.
By the way please do a channel search once again and then see if this channel has been added or not ?

According to Facebook DTH pages 2 channels have been added on Dish TV FTA.One is Gemporia channel but there is confusion about the other,some were saying NONAME is the afternoon but now some are saying Travel Trendz.

I can confirm once the storm is over.
