Then new entity is named as Dish TV Videocon Ltd.

D2h kids and Kids active in dish tv may have different logos but content is same..

Any source to confirm that nothing new will happen?

D2h is having regional channels which are not available on dish tv..

National and international channels are missing I mean to say. I think you will prefer to watch a standard national gec or movie channel or a sports channel rather than regional channels .

I think you will prefer & prive hd star gold select HD Cineplex HD Disney intl HD mtv beats hd in place of stupid teleshopping slots for 4 lcns and non linear regional slots which are completely missing in Vd2h

For SD viewers SS Select 1 and SS Select 2 with Mtv beats Sony Yay Sony Wah Zee anmol Cinema SUtsav Movies are more important in comparison to regional slots. In here Vd2h is lacking with dish tv set up

Yes I also need &Prive HD,Cineplex HD,etc...

Without the mentioned channels also customers opt for Videocon d2h.
In my area many are using d2h and buying it.

Now d2h new stb are not having any lag problems too as they are selling 6666 RF for majority.

Offering channels in low price is great move.The things needed for rural people are available and for urban some more HD channels and others are needed.
