There is no bad or good relationship.Its negotiation with broadcasters for price.Many channels you listed and some missing in both dishtv and D2h are having high price and thats reason ten channels are out of package. In spite of merging if the negotiations don't happen these channels will continue to be missing on Dishtv and D2h.
