Dish TV & Videocon d2h Merger Updates

It's more than a year when this thread started with Dish TV is in the final stages of acquiring Videocon D2H.
Still there's no concrete update (like final date) of the merger.
Think it's time to close the thread.

Merger is almost completed.They have received final approval from MIB also..

Looks like it also have completed 1 year..
