Now I understood Restarter means,services stopped due to to no recharge and this pack will restart your pack at cheaper rate

All language restarter packs costs 225 rs minimum
whats point of sending 200 rs for very few channels mostly 7-8 paid channels and all other are fta/free channels

The only reason to make this pack above 200 is giving 6 OTT apps subscription free to them under Dish Smart+. If you include this advantage then maybe you will not see any pack (All DTH) around this.
