DishTV Cannot add New HD channel

Star Jalsha HD, Jalsha Movies HD, Colors Bangla HD, FX HD, Romedy NOW HD, Movies NOW HD, Miniplex HD, Epic HD some HD channel available in TATASKY and ADTV but DISHTV cannot addition. Why?
