Do force upgrade for both firmware and epg turn by turn. First upgrade firmware then upgrade epg.

Bro maybe due to ST2 alignment as before force update it asks about home tp

I think that satellites will be a factor here,The new SW data may be have added on dish tv satellite instead of ST2.
