Looks like Dish TV is not allowing package upgrade if we use this offer. I was on Joy Pack with 3 add ons and requested for South All sports pack. Customer Care said you cannot move as you are on fixed pay period package and updated me that I should recharge my account although my account had close to 3000 rupees balance [emoji35]
